Feel Good Friday Story #1

This is something to feel good about and if you're in the area for a good workout! Crossfit North Augusta is showing support for Officer Inman and his family by opening up for a group work out according to Fox 54!

From Fox 54:

AUGUSTA (WFXG) - A local gym is hoping the community will "exercise" some support for an injured deputy and his family.
CrossFit North Augusta plans to open its doors on Saturday, Sept. 12 for a group workout session in honor of 32-year-old Richmond County Officer Keith Inman. Inman was injured Wednesday, Sept. 2 when he conducted a traffic stop at Augusta West Pkwy. and Wrightsboro Rd.
Although the Inman family has not asked for help, CrossFit North Augusta management says they wanted to do what they could to support the family during a difficult time.
"We try our best to plug in to help individuals. We're not trying to play sides or play favorites in the sense of politics. Politics are necessary, but in this instance, I think the biggest thing people need to do is focus on the person. Focus on the family as a family unit and not focus on all of what's going on around the incident," said Daniel Odom, one of the gym's managers.
