I'm super excited to do this fun run/walk AGAIN this year to help the GLM2 Foundation! GLM2 Foundation is a local organization that rescues women and children from domestic violence and human trafficking and supports them long term after being rescued! The Courage to Rise fun run/walk will help with the proceeds going towards the long term support! Lots of prizes to be won and while you're getting the exercise in, think about what you're doing to help save the women and children who are in these situations! My favorite part of this being virtual is, you can make a fun, creative video showing how you got the 5k done to win a prize!
Get your running/walking shoes ready for the 2nd Annual Courage to Rise Fun/Run Walk happening VIRTUALLY on September 20th-October 3rd!
