Saying 'No' is a good thing

In essence, saying 'No' has been a true struggle for me and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in this area of life. I've always been the person who's the yes 'Wo-man' when it comes to friends asking me to come do fun things. In some ways, I feel like some people take advantage of my niceness or I don't always express my thoughts when it comes to situations like that. Don't get me wrong, I take full appreciation that they think about me. But I also have to realize my boundaries when it comes to overstretching myself and to be okay with saying 'No' sometimes. 

We've all had that friend who might pitch a fit if you say, "No." just once and it's the end of the world. Remember, when that happens... It's okay. According to Business Insider, "Boundaries are essential to have healthy relationships with romantic partners, friends, and even colleagues. But so many people struggle with saying "no," and communicating where their limits actually are."
