Every Tuesday, I try to stick to my healthy eating of tacos. Let's face it, they're not the healthiest thing on the menu but if I can save a buck or two, I try to make them at home. Even if they're what I call, "American Tacos!" Where my soft tacos consists of some kind of meat: Turkey, beef, chicken, etc. along with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole! Yeah, it sounds disgusting but I try to stick to the theme of my favorite day of the week besides Friday. 'Taco Tuesday' is the best day of the week and you secretly know it!!
