School bus aid for North Augusta Elementary School, Connie Rabun, has been arrested and fired after slapping a child with Autism on the leg at least twice, according to investigators. She's been charged with third degree assault and battery. The warrant said she was riding on the bus with the 6-year-old victim on May 24th when the incident occurred. No further details are known at this time.
