Last month a cop in L.A. got a call about a choking 9 month-old and he just happened to be close by. As soon as he heard where the baby was, he floored it, got there and the girl's older sister flagged him down. He grabbed the baby and began hitting her on the back and saved her life. Once he heard her cry, he knew she was okay. He says it was the best sound he's ever heard in his life.
