Owner Rachel Franklin, and her husband Kenny,have had an emotional few weeks as they prepared to hand the key of the SNO-CAP Drive-In to the new owner, Havird Usry. Rachel says, "It's bittersweet."
She has been part of the day-to-day operations at the drive-in for 22 years. While her husband has work for SRS for 39 years, he still has been a vital force behind the scenes. Their last official day will be Saturday.
The new owner will continue business as normal, with a few minor changes and additions.
The SNO-CAP will be closed March 25-27 for training. It will reopen March 28. The bike night scheduled for March 26 will be held April 2 instead.
