When I saw this restaurant would be opening soon, I was surprised. I've seen the building with signage for a while and thought, Hm, wonder how the food is?
Zechariah Ha is opening Zack's Farm & Grill in the Evans Shopping Plaza soon, with farm to table sourced ingredients. Many of the menu items will come from his 60-acre farm in Clarks Hill. He will have his own eggs, poultry, fish, mushrooms and certain fruits he grows. Even the restaurant tables are made from timber from his property.
The menu will feature primarily American cuisine with a few Asian entrees, to honor his South Korean roots. Located at 4408 Evans To Locks Road in Evans.
Zechariah is the former owner of Zacks Wings and Seafood in south Augusta, and this new restaurant will have chicken wings in dozens of flavors! He wants to keep the food served at the restaurant as organic and natural as possible.
