Girls' Night Is Good For Your Health!

If going out with your girl friends makes you happier, you should definitely do it more often. It's good for your health! According to a study by a group of researchers at the University of Oxford, they found the steps needed to achieve happiness in all aspects of a woman's life, with the basis being that women feel free to go out with their girl friends at least 2 times a week.

Getting together with four of your best friends twice a week improved health and well being for women, according to Robin Dunbar, a psychologist and head of the study. Doing things like, drinking beer, gossiping and talking about rivals encourages women to socialize, drink and laugh together-- resulting in better health like, faster recovery from illness, stronger immune systems, decrease in anxiety, and increase in generosity.

Unfortunately, most women don't make the time to hang out with friends twice a week... because we let life get in the way. But taking time to enjoy some time away to decompress and laugh can be very important for your physical and mental well being!
