I decided on my birthday this year, that this is my year. I am going to accomplish a few big goals... one of which is running a half marathon!
I have done 5Ks and 10Ks before... and some of those were without a lot of training leading up to it. BUT I know for a half I need to train. I am planning to do the Augusta Half Marathon on February 23rd. This is TEN weeks out. So, I have been running more regularly, and trying to make it a priority to run at least 3 days a week.
What are you best tips for training? How should I build up over the next 10 weeks? What are your best DAY OF tips and tricks?
I am nervous about this, since I haven't always LOVED running (although I am getting there). So I need your best advice! Counting on YOU to help me hit this goal!
