We Don't Start Enjoying The Taste Of Wine Til We're 29?

This new study found that the average person doesn't start enjoying the taste of wine until the age of 29.  Well, I'm 30 and still not really a fan.  Wine drinkers have told me it's because I haven't found the right one.  But I'm not one to go waste my money on a variety of wines just to find one I like, so if you have any recommendations, definitely let me know!

The study found the average person over the age of 55 said they started enjoying wine around the age of 34 (maybe that's more my style!).  But the stats are trending differently among millennials, who appear to begin loving wine around the age of 23.

The survey also found that most of us can only name 4 types of wine off the top of our heads, with the most common ones being chardonnay, merlot and rose'.

And even if we don't really know what we're doing when it comes to the art of drinking wine, we at least try to pretend.  56% smell the wine prior to the first sip, and 48% give it a swirl!
