BOOM! in the Park – July 4th at Patriots Park
Evans, Georgia (June 11, 2018) – Columbia County’s 18th Annual Independence Day celebration will be held at Patriot’s Park (5445 Columbia Road, Grovetown GA). BOOM! in the Park is presented by REC TEC Grills and Bank of America. General admission is free. The event will feature live music, local vendors and the area’s largest 4th of July fireworks display. With the purchase of a $5 wristband, attendees can also enjoy Carnival Rides, Inflatables, and Train Rides. Park Pass holders are invited to participate in these attractions at no charge. Bands will take the stage at 5pm and 7:30pm and fireworks are set to start around 9:15pm.
Park Pass holders are also invited to park on site at lots off of William Few Pkwy (limited spots available) and will be granted admission one hour prior to general admission gates. General Admission parking will be located at the Columbia County Fairgrounds. Limited ADA parking will be located inside the Patriot’s Park gates off of the Columbia Rd entrance. Only patrons with Park Passes purchased before June 27, 2018 will be eligible for early admission, parking on site and free ride wristbands. Anyone age 2 and over must have either Park Pass or $5 wristband to participate in attractions. Wristbands can be purchased on site using cash or card.
Coolers are welcome, glass is prohibited. Food vendors will be on site. Most vendors will accept cash or card.
