Summer Pardi shared a PSA to address rumors amid her divorce from country star Jon Pardi.
Summer clarified on her Instagram story on Wednesday (July 15): “No I’m not dating my gay bestie hairstylist just cause I posted a pic and no I’m not lesbian with one of my best friend(s) just cause we’re going through the same situation 🤣 y’all are real bored and wild out there. Stay safe everyone.” ON the next slide of her story, she added a photo of herself, Jon and her “bestie,” and wrote that she’s “here to debunk and send those people in another spiral 🤣🤣🤣🤣”
Summer shared a selfie with hair stylist Tyler Stampley on Instagram earlier this week. Before that, she shared photos with country artist RaeLynn, who announced on Tuesday (July 14) that she is also going through a divorce. RaeLynn filed to divorce husband Josh Davis after 10 years of marriage.
Jon and Summer announced in a shared statement on Instagram earlier this month: “After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage. Our daughters will always remain our highest priority and we are committed to moving forward with love and respect as co-parents. Thank you for your understanding, support, and respect as we navigate these changes as a family.”
Jon said he would take a break from social media as he navigates the divorce. Summer, who filed for the divorce in May, followed up with a statement that it “has been a very difficult and deeply personal time for our family.” She thanked everyone “for the kindness, prayers, and support so many of you have already shown us.” Jon and Summer got married in November 2020. They’ve since welcomed daughters Presley Fawn Pardi, born in February 2023, and Sienna Grace Pardi, born in July 2024.
